Inauguration of the Anti-Environmental Crime Task Force (AECTF) Monitoring Station

DENR7 Regional Executive Driector Paquito D. Melicor, Jr graced the inauguration and blessing of the Anti-Environmental Crime Task Force (AECTF) Monitoring Station in Bulwang, Mabinay, Negros Oriental last Oct. 14, 2022.

RED Melicor thanked the donor of the modular van- type building, Mr. Reynald Uy of DUCOMI Dumaguete City and acknowledged the collective effort of the people behind the successful installation of the AECTF monitoring station.

He said the station will serve as a checkpoint station of the multisectoral team specially created to enforce the full and strict implementation of environmental laws and regulations.

The event was attended by partner agencies Philippine Army 11th IB, Philippine National Police Mabinay Station and the Regional Mobile Force Battalion, LGU Mabinay, and BLGU Bulwang.
