Environment Secretary Roy A. Cimatu makes a clarion call to delegates of the pre-State of the Nation Address (SONA) Forum held in Davao City last July 17, 2019 to “soldier on against climate change.” Cimatu said meeting head-on climate-change related challenges through a whole-of-nation approach has spawned encouraging results as seen in the Boracay and Manila Bay rehabilitation programs of the government.
