Lawyers of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Legal Affairs Service hold a free legal consultation in BgySipac-Almacen in Navotas as part of the Manila Bay clean up efforts. Dubbed as “Payo pang legal ang alay ko pag basura mo linisin mo,” the consultation aims to encourage the residents of the barangay to participate in the rehabilitation of Manila Bay by joining the clean up of the Navotas-Malabon River.  For every sack of garbage collected, the residents get a coupon which will entitle them to a free legal assistance. In photo are DENR lawyers (1st to 3rd from foreground, right): Kristine Aquino, Illac G. Bohol and ShelanTeh. Others who joined the activity were the DENR Lawyers Guild, Inc., the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Malabon-Navotas Chapter, and the Public Attorneys Office of Quezon City.###
