PENRO SIQUIJOR NATIONWIDE SIMULTANEOUS TREE PLANTING 2022

For the Province of Siquijor, OIC, PENR Officer Laurentino A. Bautista spearheaded the tree planting activity at Balolang, Larena, Siquijor. With the active participation of eighty-four (84) volunteers from our partner stakeholders namely the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Arm Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine Army, Philippine Information Agency-Siquijor (PIA-Siquijor), Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), Provincial Local Government Unit of Siquijor, Municipal Local Government Unit of Larena, Department of Education (DepEd) and ENR Ambassadors Siquijor Chapter, a total of 240 molave tree seedlings/tugas seedlings were planted. After the tree planting activity, PENRO Siquijor personnel proceeded to the nursery for the bagging operations and preparation of potting bed area and accomplished a total of 600 potted bags.
