PENRO Moreno S. Tagra attended the 4th Negros Oriental Renewable Energy Day celebration at the Atrium, Robinsons Place, Dumaguete City along with other representatives from various government and non-government agencies and organizations, renewable energy partners, stakeholders and supporters.

The conduct of the activity was by virtue of EO No. 09 Series of 2018 "Declaring the Province of Negros Oriental as an Environment-Friendly and Clean-Energy Province as supported by EO No. 22 Series of 2018 issued by Gov. Roel R. Degamo declaring the 5th of March as the Annual Renewable Energy Day in the province of Negros Oriental.
